Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 5, 2024, Allan D. Schoening informed Civeo Corporation (the “Company”) that he will retire from his position as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Canada, effective as of December 31, 2024. The Company has commenced a search for Mr. Schoening’s replacement.
