Dividend Information

Civeo Corporation, for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), designates all dividends paid by the company to be “eligible dividends” unless otherwise notified by the company, by press release or otherwise. An eligible dividend paid to a Canadian resident is entitled to the enhanced dividend tax credit.
